Lycanroc (Japanese: ルガルガン Lugarugan) is a Fighting-type Stage 1 Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Ash vs Team Rocket Deck Kit, later reprinted in the English Burning Shadows expansion.

Its quick movements confuse its enemies. Well equipped with claws and fangs, it also uses the sharp rocks in its mane as weapons.

Release information

This card was released as part of the Ash Half Deck of the Japanese Ash vs Team Rocket Deck Kit, with artwork by Masakazu Fukuda. It was later included in the English Burning Shadows expansion with different artwork by the same artist. A Cracked Ice Holofoil variant of this print was included in the English Rock Steady Theme Deck. The Ash vs Team Rocket Deck Kit print was reprinted in Japan as a SM-P Promotional card, available as part of the Midsummer's Pika Pika Alola Festival, which ran from July 22 to September 3, 2017. Customers at participating Pokémon Centers (including the Pokémon Center Online) and Pokémon Stores who purchased five booster packs in one transaction were given 1 of 6 possible promotional cards. This print features the Pokémon Center logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork.
