This card was included in the {{TCG|Surging Sparks}} expansion, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Super Electric Breaker}} expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted as an {{TCG|SV-P Promotional cards|SV-P Promotional card}} and was one of eight cards that could be found in {{TCGMerch|Scarlet & Violet|Era|Endorsed Independent Event Trainers Pack 2025|2025 Endorsed Independent Event Trainers Packs}}. *For interactions between Lively Stadium, the "Calamity Storm" attack of {{TCG ID|Paradox Rift|Roaring Moon ex|124}} from {{TCG|Paradox Rift}}, and the "Resolute Heart" {{TCG|Ability}} of {{TCG ID|Surging Sparks|Pikachu ex|57}} from {{TCG|Surging Sparks}} when the Pikachu ex is at full HP:
**If Lively Stadium is in play, such that an opponent's Pikachu ex's HP becomes 230, and the player uses Roaring Moon ex's Calamity Storm attack and discards the Lively Stadium using the attack's effect, Pikachu ex receives 220 damage. On this condition, since Pikachu ex has 230 HP and receives 220 damage, its Resolute Heart Ability is no longer in effect (as its HP is no longer considered full).
