Little Tim is a non-player character in Template:Soa.
He is first met at the Ranger School where he is attacked by a wild Bidoof and is saved by the player and Keith. He is the husband of Big Bertha, the father of four children and the owner of a Miltank.
It is revealed during one of the Ranger Quests that he has been afraid of Pokémon ever since he was scratched by a Slakoth as a small child. This fear has developed into a belief that all Pokémon want to attack him.
