Basic Ability
Becomes a boosted attack with every third attack, dealing increased damage. This boosted attack also pulls enemies inward between the vines.

Seed Bomb Upgrade Choices

Sludge Bomb	Giga Drain
Cooldown: 9s Ranged Level 5 Venusaur hurls toxic sludge to the designated location, damaging and poisoning all enemies in the radius when it lands. The sludge lingers, damaging enemies over time in the radius, slowing them, and reducing their Sp. Def for a short time. Level 11 Increases the radius.	Cooldown: 7s Recovery Level 5 Venusaur emits a cone-shaped blast in the designated direction, damaging enemies and restoring health when it hits. Venusaur also takes reduced damage for a short time. This move's healing is not increased by Venusaur's passive. Level 11 Increased amount of HP restored.

Razor Leaf Upgrade Choices

Solar Beam	Petal Dance
Cooldown: 9s Area Level 7 Venusaur fires a beam of light in the designated direction, damaging enemies over time. It is divided into four distinct hits, with ten damaging ticks randomly divided among these four hits. Level 13 Reduces cast time and cooldown.	Cooldown: 9s Area Level 7 Venusaur scatters petals around themself for a short time, increasing movement speed and damaging enemies over time in the radius. Level 13 Increases the radius.

Attack
Basic Ability
Deals continual damage. Deals increased damage to enemies that are burned and increases range when the user evolves.

Flame Burst Upgrade Choices

Flamethrower	Fire Punch
Cooldown: 5.5s Ranged Level 5 Attacks with a blast of fire, damaging and burning enemies in a line. Charizard gets a small movement speed bonus if they hit. Level 11 Deals increased damage.	Cooldown: 6s Dash Level 5 Charizard punches forward, damaging and shoving enemies in the path of the punch. The first enemy hit is burned. Level 11 Cooldown reduces every time Charizard hits with a basic attack.

Fire Spin Upgrade Choices

Fire Blast	Flare Blitz
Cooldown: 6.5s Area Level 7 Charizard shoots a blast of fire forward, exploding on the first enemy hit or after a short distance, dealing damage over time and slowing enemies while within the radius. Level 13 Increased damage.	Cooldown: 10s Dash Level 7 Charizard charges forward, shielding itself; damaging and knocking back the targeted enemy. Level 13 Also slows enemies for a short time after thrown.

Basic Ability
Blastoise’s third auto attack is empowered — dealing 3 instances of damage, slowing enemies hit, and reducing Blastoise’s move cooldowns by 1 second each.

Water Gun Upgrade Choices

Hydro Pump	Water Spout
Cooldown: 8.5s Ranged Level 5 Blastoise shoots a large amount of water, damaging, stunning, and knocking back enemies hit. Level 11 Hydro Pump deals increased damage.	Cooldown: 7.5s Area Level 5 Blastoise calls down a barrage of water in a targeted radius. Enemies within the radius are struck 6 times over its duration, damaging and slowing them. Level 11 Water Spout deals increased damage.

Skull Bash Upgrade Choices

Surf

Rapid Spin

Cooldown: 12s Dash Level 7 Blastoise rides a large wave in the designated direction, damaging, stunning, and knocking back enemies hit. Blastoise is unstoppable while surfing, and once it ends, Blastoise can jump in a designated direction. The wave continues for a short duration after Blastoise has leapt off and continues to knock back enemies hit, but inflicts no damage. Level 13 Blastoise gains a small shield when hitting an enemy with Surf.

Cooldown: 11s Buff Level 7 Blastoise withdraws into its shell and begins rapidly spinning, resetting the cooldown of its other move. Blastoise is unstoppable for the duration of Rapid Spin and can freely move about the battlefield. While spinning, Blastoise will damage and slow nearby enemies. Blastoise’s next basic attack after Rapid Spin ends is empowered. For the duration of Rapid Spin, the mechanics of Blastoise’s Basic attacks as well as Hydro Pump and Water Spout are changed. Level 13 Blastoise gains a massive amount of Def and SpDef for the duration of Rapid Spin.

Electro Ball	Thunder
Cooldown: 5s Sure Hit Level 4 Pikachu hurls an electric orb at an enemy, paralyzing and damaging them and nearby enemies. Damage increases as the enemies' remaining HP decreases. Level 11 Increased damage.	Cooldown: 8s Area Level 4 Pikachu drops wicked thunderbolts at a designated area, damaging enemies in the radius. Level 11 Increases the number of times this move attacks.

Electro Web Upgrade Choices

Cooldown: 10s Hindrance Level 6 Pikachu electrifies themself and charges ahead, throwing and damaging enemies hit. Level 13 Reduced cooldown.	Cooldown: 8s Hindrance Level 6 Pikachu attacks with a strong electric blast at a designated area, stunning and damaging enemies in the area. Level 13 Increased damage.

Powder Snow Upgrade Choices

Avalanche	Dazzling Gleam
Cooldown: 7s Area Level 4 Ninetales attacks with a gust of chilly ice in the designated direction. The ice damages enemies and forms a wall that can't be walked through. After a short time, this wall melts and collapses, further damaging enemies in a radius around the wall. Level 11 Also decreases the movement speed of enemies for a short time when this move hits.	Cooldown: 7s Hindrance Level 4 Ninetales attacks with a powerful cone of blinding light, stunning and damaging enemies hit. Level 11 Increased damage dealt and stun duration.

Icy Wind Upgrade Choices

Blizzard	Aurora Veil
Cooldown: 9s Ranged Level 6 Ninetales summons a howling blizzard in two blasts in front of them. The first blast damages and slows enemies. The second blast damages and shoves enemies. If the second blast hits an obstacle, it also damages enemies near the point of impact. Level 13 Increased damage.	Cooldown: 13s Buff Level 6 Ninetales creates an aurora around them, reducing damage received by them and nearby allies in the aurora radius. While Ninetales is inside the aurora, their movement speed is increased and their basic attacks are empowered. Level 13 Further reduces damage allies receive.

Pound Upgrade Choices

Double Slap	Dazzling Gleam
Cooldown: 5s Melee Level 6 Wigglytuff unleashes a barrage of slaps, damaging and slowing enemies in a cone 3-5 times. Level 10 Slaps 4-6 times instead.	Cooldown: 4.5s Area Level 6 Wigglytuff emits a flash of fairy energy, dealing a small amount of damage in a cone followed by a large amount of damage. Level 10 Slows enemies hit by the first flash.

Defense Curl Upgrade Choices

Rollout	Sing
Cooldown: 10s Hindrance Level 4 Wigglytuff gains a shield and rolls forward, damaging and throwing enemies hit. Hitting an obstacle while rolling will change the direction Wigglytuff is moving up to 5 times and reset the cooldown of Pound, Double Slap, or Dazzling Gleam. Level 12 Increases the amount of time enemies are thrown.	Cooldown: 10s Area Level 4 Wigglytuff begins singing, slowing enemies around them. Enemies that stay inside the song's effect for too long will be put to sleep, and have their defense and special defense reduced. Level 12 Increases the amount of time enemies are asleep.

Close Combat	Cross Chop
Cooldown: 9s Melee Level 7 Machamp unleashes a barrage of blows in a targeted direction, hitting multiple times and finishing with a single large strike. Machamp is unstoppable for the duration and can move while using Close Combat. Level 13 Deals additional damage if the target is affected by a status condition.	Cooldown: 6s Dash Level 7 Machamp dashes forward dealing damage to enemies hit. Cross Chop has an increased critical hit rate and can critically strike. Level 13 Machamp’s basic attacks increases their Atk by 2 stacking 40 times.

Bulk Up Upgrade Choices

Dynamic Punch

Submission

Cooldown: 8s Dash Level 5 Machamp jumps to target location, briefly stunning enemies hit and dealing damage four times in quick succession to the landing radius. Machamp’s Atk is increased by 15% and gains bonus movement speed for 6 seconds when using Dynamic Punch. Level 11 Further increases Atk and movement speed bonuses.

Cooldown: 11s Hindrance Level 5 Machamp becomes unstoppable and gains significant movement speed for 5 seconds or until the next basic attack. Machamp’s next basic attack during Submission is enhanced, hitting twice and slamming the target down behind Machamp. If this attack hits Machamp also gains increased critical hit rate and attack speed for 3 seconds. Level 11 Further increases critical hit rate and attack speed bonuses.

Water Gun Upgrade Choices

Scald	Surf
Cooldown: 5s Melee Level 4 Slowbro fires a stream of boiling water, damaging enemies hit; creating a cloud of stream at the location of the first enemy hit, which slows and applies burn to all enemies inside. Level 11 Increases the size of the steam cloud.	Cooldown: 9s Dash Level 4 Slowbro rides on a wave, damaging, knocking enemies back, and throwing them in the air briefly. Two more waves follow after the first, damaging and slowing enemies. Level 11 The second and third waves will now also throw enemies in the air, and the second wave will knock them back.

Slack Off Upgrade Choices

Amnesia	Telekinesis
Cooldown: 9s Recovery Level 6 Slowbro becomes briefly unstoppable, gains increased defenses, restores a portion of their Oblivious health, and gains bonus damage on the next Surf or Scald used. Level 13 Also increases Slowbro's Special Attack.	Cooldown: 11s Hindrance Level 6 Slowbro shoots a beam, causing the first enemy hit to float in the air and restoring some of Slowbro's Oblivious health. Slowbro can reactivate the ability to pull the enemy to them, but otherwise cannot act for the duration. Level 13 Increases the range and speed of the beam.

Shadow Ball	Sludge Bomb
Cooldown: 4.5s Ranged Level 5 Gengar hurls a shadowy ball forward in a line – damaging, slowing, and reducing the SpD of enemies hit. This ball pierces through wild Pokémon. Level 11 Increased damage.	Cooldown: 8s Area Level 5 Gengar hurls unsanitary sludge to the designated area, poisoning and damaging enemies over time in the radius. Level 11 Increased poison duration.

Lick Upgrade Choices

Dream Eater	Hex
Cooldown: 8s Ranged Level 7 Gengar shoots forward a mysterious orb, sleeping enemies when it hits. If used again when a nearby enemy is asleep, Gengar teleports behind them and attacks: dealing damage to the enemy, healing Gengar, and reducing the cooldown of Shadow Ball or Sludge Bomb. Level 13 Increased damage and healing.	Cooldown: 7.5s Dash Level 7 Gengar vanishes and teleports to a designated location, damaging enemies in a radius where Gengar appears. If this hits an enemy afflicted with a status condition, its damage is increased and its cooldown is reduced. Level 13 Increased damage.

Fake Out Upgrade Choices

Confusion	Psychic
Cooldown: 6s Ranged Level 4 Mr. Mime fires a wave of psychic energy, damaging and knocking enemies back. Enemies hit into a wall take bonus damage and are stunned. Enemies debuffed by Guard Swap take bonus damage and are stunned, but are not knocked back. Level 11 Increased damage.	Cooldown: 6s Debuff Level 4 After a short channel, Mr. Mime creates a pulse of energy that damages enemies around themself and any target affected by Guard Swap, with a smaller pulse around any created Barriers or Light Screens. Enemies hit by more than 1 pulse are stunned. Level 11 Also briefly slows.

Light Screen Upgrade Choices

Cooldown: 2s Hindrance Level 6 Mr. Mime creates a wall that prevents enemies from passing. Holds 2 uses in reserve and cannot be used more than once every 2s. Level 13 Stores 3 charges in reserve instead.	Cooldown: 4.5s Debuff Level 6 Mr. Mime fires a beam, swapping Defense with another Pokémon for a short time when it hits. Swapping with an enemy slows and damages them over time while increasing Mr. Mime's movement speed. Swapping with an ally increases the movement speed of that ally and Mr. Mime. Level 13 Heals Mr. Mime, plus an ally if tethered to them.

Tackle Upgrade Choices

Heavy Slam	Flail
Cooldown: 7s Dash Level 5 Snorlax jumps to target location, dealing damage and throwing enemies within the landing radius into the air briefly. Level 11 Deals increased damage.	Cooldown: 6.5s Hindrance Level 5 Snorlax buffs themselves for 4 seconds causing their basic attacks to deal increased damage. Damage increase is strengthened for every 20% HP Snorlax is missing. Snorlax also gains a short burst of increased movement speed when Flail is activated. Level 11 Deals increased damage and causes Snorlax’s basic attacks to also heal them while they are below 40% MaxHP.

Rest Upgrade Choices

Block	Yawn
Cooldown: 11s Hindrance Level 7 Snorlax creates and holds a wall in a targeted direction for 4 seconds. Enemies that contact the wall are knocked back and stunned. Snorlax cannot attack or use abilities while Blocking but can move slowly. While Blocking Snorlax’s Def and SpDef are increased by 25%. Level 13 Reduces the damage the user receives while this move is in effect.	Cooldown: 12s Hindrance Level 7 Snorlax sends out a slow short-range projectile that puts all targets hit to Sleep for 2 seconds. Level 13 Targets are also slowed for 3s upon waking up.

Egg Bomb	Helping Hand
Cooldown: 7.5s Ranged Level 6 Blissey hurls an egg at a location which explodes, damaging and throwing enemies in the radius. Level 10 Also briefly slows enemies after they're thrown.	Cooldown: 6s Buff Level 6 Blissey greatly improves speed and basic attack speed for self and allies. During this duration, all of Blissey's basic attacks are empowered. Level 10 Also increases basic attack damage for all those affected.

Heal Pulse Upgrade Choices

Soft-Boiled	Safeguard
Cooldown: 2s Recovery Level 4 Blissey throws an egg to an ally, healing Blissey and the designated ally. Holds 3 uses in reserve and cannot be used more than once every 2s. Level 12 Holds 4 uses in reserve instead. Cooldown is reduced by 3s.	Cooldown: 8s Buff Level 4 Blissey grants both the targeted ally and themself a shield, purging hindrances and making both immune to hindrances as long as the shield lasts. Level 12 Shield value increased.

Attack

Becomes a boosted attack with every third attack. When this boosted attack hits, it deals damage to enemies in the area of effect and decreases their Sp. Defense by 10% for a short time.

Confusion Upgrade Choices

Psychic	Moonblast
Cooldown: 7s Ranged Level 7 Gardevoir fires a blast, damaging enemies in an area on impact. The blast creates a lingering field that damages, slows, and reduces special defense. Level 13 Cooldown is reduced.	Cooldown: 6s Ranged Level 7 Gardevoir moves back while firing a blast, stunning the first enemy hit and damaging all enemies in a cone behind it. Level 13 Grants Gardevoir a shield.

Teleport Upgrade Choices

Psyshock	Future Sight
Cooldown: 10s Area Level 5 Gardevoir channels three attacks at the targeted area, damaging enemies. Psyshock's cooldown is reduced each time it hits an enemy. Level 11 Each hit of Psyshock also increases the damage of the next hit.	Cooldown: 9s Area Level 5 Gardevoir creates a delayed explosion at the targeted area, damaging enemies. If Future Sight hits an enemy, its cooldown is reduced. Level 11 Cooldown is reset on successful hits.

Attack
Basic Ability
Becomes a boosted attack with every third attack, dealing damage to enemies and lowering their Defense when it hits. If this boosted attack hits only a single target, it deals increased damage.

Feint Upgrade Choices

Night Slash	Pursuit
Cooldown: 5s Dash Level 5 Absol dashes in an arc, damaging and slowing the first Pokémon hit. If Absol hits, it can be activated again for a brief period of time – allowing Absol to dash, dealing damage to all Pokémon hit. Level 11 Absol heals on hit, and if the damage is a critical hit, the Heal doubles.	Cooldown: 5s Dash Level 5 Absol dashes to a location, and dashes to an opposing Pokémon with its next basic attack. If Absol hits the back of the targeted Pokémon, its cooldown is reduced. If it fails to hit the back, its damage is halved. Level 11 Absol gains movement speed upgrade after the initial dash.

Slash Upgrade Choices

Psycho Cut	Sucker Punch
Cooldown: 7s Melee Level 7 Absol throws a wide slash in front, damaging, debuffing, and slowing the Pokémon hit. This debuff applies extra damage for the next 3 times Absol hits the debuffed Pokémon with an auto attack or a Psycho Cut. Level 13 Increases Absol's movespeed when near a debuffed enemy.	Cooldown: 6s Hindrance Level 7 Absol attacks a target Pokémon, slowing both it and Absol. If Absol is attacked, or the target attacks anything, hit does 1.5x RSB. Level 13 Increases base attack speed after a successful counter.

Attack

Becomes a boosted attack with every fifth attack, dealing increased damage and restoring the user's HP. Every time a basic attack or move hits an enemy, basic attack speed is increased.

Sand Attack Upgrade Choices

Dig	Dragon Rush
Cooldown: 6s Dash Level 5 Garchomp burrows underground and moves quickly in the designated direction, jumping out when coming in contact with an enemy or when traveling the maximum distance. This jump damages and throws enemies in a radius. Level 11 Damage received is reduced for a short time after jumping out of the ground.	Cooldown: 8s Dash Level 5 Garchomp backs up before diving to attack in the designated direction, damaging and shoving enemies. They can use Dragon Claw while backing up at the start of this move to create a combo attack. Level 11 Slows enemies for a short time when they are shoved the maximum distance.

Bulldoze Upgrade Choices

Earthquake	Dragon Claw
Cooldown: 7s Area Level 7 Garchomp jumps high into the air and crashes forcefully to the ground, damaging enemies in a radius. Level 13 Slows enemies for a short time if they are in the radius.	Cooldown: 5s Melee Level 7 Garchomp attacks twice in front of themself using their claws. The first attack damages and throws enemies. The second attack deals increased damage. After the move ends, basic attack speed is increased for a short time. Level 13 Increases damage dealt.

Attack
Basic Ability
Becomes a boosted attack with every third attack, performing a combo attack with a bone. Deals damage to enemies in the area of effect and throws them.

Quick Attack Upgrade Choices

Extreme Speed

Power-Up Punch

Cooldown: 9s Dash Level 5 Lucario dashes forward, damaging all enemies hit and healing Lucario for each enemy hit. The first enemy hit will reset the cooldown of Extreme Speed. This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every 10 seconds. Attacking immediately after the dash will perform a unique attack in an area dealing 75% Atk and can critically hit. Level 11 Increases Lucario's Attack by 15% for a short period of time after use.

Cooldown: 7s Dash Level 5 Lucario begins charging power, slowing themself, increasing Attack by up to 200%, and reducing damage taken while preparing to unleash a devastating punch. Upon release, Lucario lunges – damaging the first enemy hit. Power-Up Punch does bonus damage based on the enemy's missing health, and will cause Lucario's next attack to be boosted. The cooldown for Power-Up Punch is reduced whenever Lucario lands a move. Level 11 Lucario is unstoppable while charging the punch.

Meteor Mash Upgrade Choices

Bone Rush

Close Combat

Cooldown: 10s Melee Level 7 Lucario rapidly strikes with a bone, damaging enemies hit. Lucario then throws the bone after the final strike, shoving enemies and causing the bone to land a short distance away. Lucario can activate Bone Rush again to teleport to the bone, damaging enemies in a small area around it. Landing one of Bone Rush's initial strikes will reset the cooldown timer for Extreme Speed on that target. Level 13 Teleporting to the bone will reset the cooldown of Extreme Speed or Power-Up Punch.

Cooldown: 9s Melee Level 7 Lucario rapidly punches, damaging enemies in the area in front of them 11 times over the duration. Level 13 Increased damage.

Attack

Becomes a boosted attack with every third attack, dealing damage and freezing enemies for a short time when it hits. Mamoswine's basic attacks deal increased damage for a short time to enemies recently frozen with one of Mamoswine's moves.

Ice Shard Upgrade Choices

Icicle Crash

Ice Fang

Cooldown: 10s Hindrance Level 5 Drops icicles on the designated location, dealing damage to enemies in the area of effect and decreasing their movement speed for a short time. The final icicle shatters after a set amount of time or when hit by Mamoswine's other moves or boosted attacks, dealing damage to enemies in the area of effect and leaving them frozen. If the icicle is shattered by Tackle or High Horsepower, the ground is covered in ice, which increases the movement speed of allies that run over it. Level 11 The final icicle leaves enemies hit unable to act for a short time.

Cooldown: 8s Hindrance Level 5 Uses cold-infused fangs to throw the opposing Pokémon closest to the user, dealing damage and leaving them frozen for a short time. The user can then designate a direction to slam the thrown Pokémon forward or backward, dealing damage to enemies in the area of effect and leaving them frozen for a short time. Level 11 Increases the area of effect in which enemies are left frozen after the slam attack.

High Horsepower

Earthquake

Cooldown: 8s Dash Level 7 Mamoswine rushes recklessly in the designated direction, dealing damage to enemies they hit and shove them. Mamoswine then stomps their feet, dealing damage to enemies in the area of effect and leaves them unable to act for a short time. This stomping deals increased damage to frozen enemies. Level 13 Increases the reckless rush's speed and the length of time enemies are left unable to act.

Cooldown: 7.5s Dash Level 7 Mamoswine leaps up in the designated direction and lands forcefully, dealing damage to enemies in the area of effect and pulling them toward Mamoswine. Level 13 Decreases the movement speed of enemies for a short time when this move hits and increases the move's pulling power.

Rock Slide Upgrade Choices

Shell Smash

Cooldown: 5s Area Level 4 Crustle emits a beam that deals 100% ability damage. Upon reaching its maximum distance, or hitting an enemy, a curved wall rises from the ground, dealing 50% ability damage to anyone on top of it. When the barrier de-spawns, 50% ability damage is dealt again to all enemies near it. Rock Tomb can critically hit, however, Crustle's base critical hit chance is 0%. Level 11 Each hit additionally inflicts 2s of slow.

Cooldown: 7s Buff Level 4 Crustle smashes his shell, setting his Def and SpD to 0, gaining a boost to his Atk and SpA equal to 40% of the Def and SpD lost, respectively. Def and SpD not from base stats, i.e. from items and buffs (including Crustle's passive) are exempt. Crustle also gains a significant speed boost. Level 11 Def and SpD conversion is increased from 40% to 50%.

Fury Cutter Upgrade Choices

Stealth Rock	X-Scissor
Cooldown: 6s Area Level 6 Crustle aims and creates a radius in which rocks hit enemies 8 times. Each hit applies a stack of a debuff which causes subsequent hits to deal 15% more damage. Additional damage from this debuff is always rounded up. Stealth Rock can critically hit, however, Crustle's base critical hit chance is 0%. Level 13 Number of hits increased from 8 to 10.	Cooldown: 9s Melee Level 6 Crustle attacks three times with his claws, dealing increased damage with each hit and knocking back enemies with each hit. Stuns for 2s if the enemy is against a wall when the third hit lands. X-Scissor can critically hit, however, Crustle's base critical hit chance is 0%. Level 13 Cooldown reduced.
