This is a reverse-chronological list of Nintendo event Pokémon for all regions that were given away in 2002.

List of event Pokémon

Gotta Catch 'Em All Station!

These Pokémon were distributed at the New York Pokémon Center Gotta Catch 'Em All Station! Each week, a different set of Pokémon were distributed, often including Shiny Pokémon (called "Rare"). Non-legendary Pokémon, except for the fully-evolved starter Pokémon, were distributed as Eggs. Players could obtain one Pokémon per week per visit. The first list of distributions lasted from September 27, 2002 to January 2, 2003. The second list of distributions continued on straight after the first one, and lasted from January 3 to March 13.
