These Pokémon were distributed via infrared in Busan at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Center from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. each day. Each of the three has an IV of 31 in one stat: Defense for Bulbasaur, Speed for Charmander, and HP for Squirtle. These Pokémon can be Shiny if the eggs are traded to another game, which bypasses the Shiny check.
