Lisa Mitchum (Japanese: ミツオダ・リサ Lisa Mitsuoda) is a character of the day who appeared in Rough, Tough Jigglypuff.
Lisa is a four-year-old girl who lives in a small Kanto town with her parents Mitch and Rikako. For her fifth birthday, she told her father Mitch that she wanted a Jigglypuff as a present.
