Release information

In Japan, a mirror foil version of this card was awarded to participants of the Victory Cup events held over the course of Battle Carnival 2011 who managed to reach the 'Premier Stage'. In order to reach the 'Premier Stage', players had to win three consecutive battles in the initial 'Challenge Stage'. The Battle Carnival took place at the Mydome Osaka, Osaka between November 5-6, 2012, and at Sunshine City, Tokyo between November 19-20, 2012. It was reprinted again in Japan as part of the Master Deck Build Box EX, released on September 14th, 2012.

The Level Ball is a type of Poké Ball introduced in Generation II, which becomes more effective when used on Pokémon at a lower level than the lead Pokémon.
