Leona's parents are characters of the day of the anime who appeared in Hot Springing a Leak!. They run a hot spring along with their daughter Leona, a close friend of Dawn's.
In Hot Springing a Leak!, they had the water from their hot spring stolen by someone. They later found out that it had been Team Rocket siphoning the water from their hot spring's main pipe. They were planning to use the hot spring water to start their own hot spring. However, their plan was foiled and all of the water was redirected back to Leona's parents' hot spring.
