Lechonk appears to be based on a juvenile pig or hog.

Name origin

Lechonk may be derived from lechón (Spanish for suckling piglet), oink (a sound pigs make), and possibly chonk (slang term for a fat animal).

Guruton may be derived from グルグル guruguru (onomatopoeia for rolling), ton, and glutton.
