Kricketot hasn't had a major part in the anime as of yet, however it has been seen in the wild and in the opening Together.

In The Rise of Darkrai, a group of Kricketot are seen playing in the garden amongst the other Pokémon.

Berlitz was attacked by a swarm of Kricketot and Kricketune.

Origin

Kricketot is based on a cricket and a music conductor.

Name origin

Kricketot is a from a corruption of cricket and tot. Korobōshi's name is derived from kuroboshi tsutsuhamushi, the black-spotted leaf beetle, or 蟋蟀 koorogi, cricket, and 黒星 kuroboshi, black-spot.
