It seems to be the home of Marina and a sporty Nurse Joy that Ash and friends meet on their journeys.  This Nurse Joy is more tanned than regular, and she's more muscular, often rowing a row boat to help Pokémon in need. This island has a small Pokémon Center that looks like a shack or a beach hut with a large "P" on a upside-down Poké Ball over the door. Inside is a living room area and a kitchen area.  This hut is more for the Pokémon Trainers to stay while Nurse Joy takes care of the Pokémon outside.

It seems to be the home of Marina. Wild Pokémon sometimes appear on the beach. Off to the side of the beach is a large area of rocks where Marina and Misty had their battle.

Location of Kinnow Island in the Orange Archipelago

Kinnow Island (Japanese: ハッサク島 Hassaku Island) is an island in the eastern region of the Orange Archipelago.

The island has a large city and a big beach, as well as a port where the Pokémon Showboat was docked. A deserted island nearby is considered to be a part of the Kinnow Islands.

It seems to be the home of Marina. Wild Pokémon sometimes appear on the beach. Off to the side of the beach is a large area of rocks where Marina and Misty had their battle.
