Description Kiawe is a captain of Akala Island and an aspiring dancer who hopes to go pro one day. With Marowak, he studies the traditional dances passed down in the Alola region.

Kiawe (Japanese: カキ Kaki) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. He forms a sync pair with Alolan Marowak. The sync pair can be obtained through a sync pair scout, starting on June 13, 2021.

Origin

Kiawe's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon. Alolan Marowak is Kiawe's signature Pokémon in the core series games, as well as the Totem Pokémon of his island challenge trial in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Alolan Marowak's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
