Keira is a member of the panel of judges for the Pokémon Super Contests. She seems to be friends with Johanna. In the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure! manga, Keira appeared in Beauty Contest: The Pokémon Super Contest!! along with her fellow judges during a Pokémon Super Contest in which Hareta and Jun were participating. She was not pleased with their performance in the Dance Competition.
