Keegan is a character of the day from the Pokémon anime who appeared in The Stolen Stones.
He appeared with his older sister Ramona. They were delivering some Fire Stones for a Template:Type2 Pokémon battling contest which was going to be held nearby. He and his sister saved Ash, Misty and Brock from a fall with the help of their three Arcanine.
