Release information
This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was released through the Parent/Child Mega Battle tournament held in May 1998. The prize was awarded to those parent and children teams who had reached a certain number of wins. The card was never released in English.

Origin
Dizzy Punch and Mega Punch are both moves in the Pokémon games that Kangaskhan can learn. This card's flavor text comes from Pokémon Red and Blue.
