Hidden Poké-Power

The long strip contains data for an additional Poké-Power this card can use:

Poké-POWER
Psy-Capture
サイコキャプチャー

You can use this power once during your turn (before your attack), if Kadabra is your Active Pokémon. This Poké-Power lets each player draw a number of cards from his or her deck. This power can't be used when Kadabra is affected by a Special Condition.

Selecting "Yes" reveals the number of cards.

Trivia

This is currently the most recent TCG card to feature Kadabra. Mysterious Treasures contained an Abra and an Alakazam, but no Kadabra; instead, that Abra has an attack that allows it to evolve directly into Alakazam. This is to avoid further lawsuits with Uri Geller, who attempted to sue Nintendo in 2000 for using a very similar name to his for the Japanese name of Kadabra. Only 5 different Kadabra prints exist in the English TCG (Base Set, Team Rocket, Gym Challenge, Expedition and Skyridge)

Origin

Nightmare is a move in the Pokémon games that Kadabra can learn via TM50 in Generation II. This card's English e-Reader Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Crystal, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Gold.
