KAORI

KAORI. (born February 28, 1976) is a Japanese seiyū for the Pokémon anime.

Biography

KAORI. was born in Kanagawa, Japan.

She had used the stage name Midori Kawana (Japanese: 川菜翠 Kawana Midori) until December 1999; she had used the name Akiko Kawana (Japanese: 川菜明子 Kawana Akiko) prior. In the Diamond & Pearl series she is credited as Kaori Suzuki.

KAORI.'s most prominent role in the Pokémon anime is May. She played that character until the end of the Advanced Generation series, when May left the series. She returned to voicing May briefly during the Diamond & Pearl series.
