Jun'ichi Masuda (Japanese: 増田順一, born January 12, 1968) is a composer, and has composed music for the Pokémon games.
He designed Hoenn, and as such he has been credited with 原案 original design in the anime since Advanced Generation.
Additionally, he runs a Director's Column (Japanese) on Game Freak's website.
An anime character, Jun'ichi (Jackson/Vincent), was named after him.
