Trivia
A ruling effective September 6, 2019 banned this card from the Expanded format. Similar to Delinquent there are cards that can combo and cause a player to discard their whole hand before they take their first turn.
Origin
Jessie and James are members of Team Rocket from the Pokémon anime who later appeared in Pokémon Yellow, Let's Go, Pikachu!, and Let's Go, Eevee!. Team Rocket's Meowth and Jessie's Wobbuffet are featured in the Full Art's illustration, the latter of which has not made an appearance in the aforementioned games due to being a Generation II Pokémon.
