Trivia

  • Despite having its power boosted by Iron Fist, Meteor Mash cannot be learned by any Pokémon who can naturally have this Ability.
    • However, many Pokémon can still use a combination with either move legally by using an ability-copying technique such as Skill Swap or Trace and using the move either naturally, or through moves such as Metronome or Mimic.
  • Sucker Punch is not boosted by Iron Fist, since it is originally ふいうち (Surprise Attack) in Japanese.
    • Similarly, Meteor Mash is boosted because it is known as コメットパンチ (Comet Punch) in Japanese, while Comet Punch is called れんぞくパンチ (Consecutive Punch).
