Ice Body (Japanese: アイスボディ Ice Body) is an Ability introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
In battle
During hail, a Pokémon with Ice Body will regain 1/16 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn. A Pokémon with this Ability will take no damage from hail if it otherwise would.
Outside of battle
Ice Body has no effect outside of battle.

Under normal conditions, Pokémon recover 0.5% of their maximum HP at the end of each turn. Ice Body increases the rate of HP recovery by 4-timesTDS or 2-timesSMD when the weather is hail.
