Hyper Fang is a slightly inaccurate damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Generation I
Hyper Fang does damage and has a 9.8% chance of causing the opponent to flinch.
Hyper Fang can't make an opponent with a Substitute flinch.
Generation II and on
Same as Generation I, but with a 10% flinch chance instead.
