Howie

Howie (Japanese: ヒロヲ Hiro'o) is a character of the day in The Ole' Berate and Switch!. His Japanese voice actor is 阪口大助 Daisuke Sakaguchi and his English voice actor is Bill Rogers.

He was the first Trainer that Ash and his Corphish battled in the tournament in Pewter City. The tournament was actually a scam that Team Rocket agents Butch and Cassidy planned the whole time.

Howie's Pinsir battled well and used ViceGrip, Guillotine and Seismic Toss to weaken Corphish, but when his second Guillotine failed due to Corphish using Harden and then BubbleBeam, he lost.
