Hooligans (Japanese: バッドチーム Bad Team) are a pair of Pokémon Trainers that debuted in Generation V. They are a combination of a Biker and a Roughneck. They use Fighting-type and Dark-type Pokémon.

Trivia
- In past generations, Bikers and Roughnecks (also known as Cue Balls) were known to hang out with each other on bike paths. This is the first time they battled together in a double battle.
- In French, this class and the Roughneck class share the same name, except one is plural.
