Heat Crash (Japanese: ヒートスタンプ Heat Stamp) is a damage-dealing Fire-type move introduced in Generation V. It is the signature move of Tepig's evolutionary line.
Effect
Generation V
This section is incomplete. Please feel free to edit this section to add missing information and complete it. Reason: Power when target weights exactly 25% or 20% of the user's weight |
Heat Crash deals damage. Its power depends on the weight of both the user and the target; the lighter the target is in comparison to the user, the greater the power:
Target's relative weight | Power |
---|---|
More than 50% | 40 |
33.34% - 50% | 60 |
25% - 33.33% | 80 |
20% - 25% | 100 |
20% or less | 120 |
Generation VI onward
If the target has used Minimize, Heat Crash now deals double its regular damage and bypasses accuracy checks to always hit, unless the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Dig or Fly.
