Haunter (Japanese: ゴースト Ghost) is a Psychic-type Stage 1 Pokémon card. It is part of the Fossil expansion.

Whenever an attack does anything to Haunter, flip a coin. If heads, prevent all effects of that attack, including damage, done to Haunter. This power stops working if Haunter is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

Trivia

Origin

Nightmare is a move in the Pokémon games that was later introduced in Generation II, which Haunter can learn. This card's English Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green.
