Harriet (Japanese: ヒスイ Hisui) is one of the main characters of The Power of Us.
History
Harriet is a resident of Fula City. She is an old woman who doesn't like Pokémon. This stems from a past incident where she lost a beloved Snubbull in a fire.
Harriet is first seen in Fula City where she found herself startled when a Sunflora approached her. Later, Harriet was approached by Townes, Hoyt, and Miles, who offered her some lemons, only to be startled by their Phanpy and walked off. She later visited Toren and gave her some documents to give to the Festival Administration, only for Toren to knock a phial of essence of Sweet Scent near her.
Returning home, Harriet found her home overrun by Pokémon, forcing her to sleep outside. The next morning, she woke up and found more Pokémon sleeping next to her. She visited Toren once again and demanded answers, causing Toren to realize the essence of Sweet Scent that spilt near her is attracting Pokémon to her. Toren promised to find a solution, only to be called to do the presentation. Investigating the lab, Harriet discovered Team Rocket in the lab and alerted the others as Team Rocket ran off.
Character
Harriet is shown to dislike Pokémon and gets annoyed when they follow her around. This stems from a past incident where she lost a beloved Snubbull in a fire. By the end of the movie, however, she had gotten over this and grew to like Pokémon again.
