Hammer Arm (move)

Hammer Arm (Japanese: アームハンマー Arm Hammer) is a Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV that deals a high amount of damage and lowers the user's speed one stage.

Effect

Hammer Arm does damage, then lowers the user's Speed by one level.

Rhydon. Rhydon's arm glows white. It then punches its foe.
