Gyro Ball (Japanese: ジャイロボール Gyro Ball) is a damage-dealing Steel-type move introduced in Generation IV. It has been TM74 since Generation IV.

Effect

Gyro Ball inflicts more damage the slower the user is compared to the target. Therefore, the larger the relative difference between the user's and target's Speed stat, the greater the damage. The base power is calculated by the following formula:

Base Power = 25 × (Target's Current Speed / User's Current Speed)

The maximum base power that can be reached with Gyro Ball is 150.

Description

Games Description
The user tackles the foe with a high-speed spin. The slower the user, the greater the damage.
Conq The user tackles the target with a high-speed spin. The slower the user, the greater the damage.
PMDTDS Inflicts damage on the target and double damage on a target if the user has a Half Speed status.
