The Gym Badge thieves are characters of the day in the Pokémon Chronicles episode The Blue Badge of Courage. Their English voice actors are Jimmy Zoppi and Andrew Paull.
These guys are known for travelling throughout the regions of the Pokémon World, stealing Gym Badges so they don't have to work hard for them. As Misty, Tracey and Sakura were visiting the badge maker, Kinso in Rifure Village, they stole the badges Misty, Tracey and Sakura worked on. Sakura's Beautifly tracked down the thieves. They were forced to return the gym badges after being defeated.
