The English release of this card was distributed in the October 2003 issue of [[Nintendo Power]] magazine. In Australia, the card was distributed in an issue of the kids magazine, K-Zone. All of these promotions were released alongside {{TCG ID|Nintendo Promo|Kyogre ex|1}}.
