The Grass Continent (Japanese: 草の大陸 Grass Continent) is a continent of the Pokémon world in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. It was introduced in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness. There are three known settlements on the continent: Treasure Town, Shaymin Village, and Capim Town. The continent was not named until its appearance in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon.
It is the setting of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Explorers of Sky. In Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, it can be visited at any time on the Lapras Travel Liner after purchasing the Grass Pass.

During the story, a place called Eastern Forest (Japanese: ひがしのもり Eastern Forest) is mentioned, but it is never accessible to the player. Additionally, the game identifies the desert area as Arid Area (Japanese: かんそうちたい Arid Area) and the icy island as Icy Area (Japanese: ひょうせつちほう Ice and Snow Area). In Time and Darkness only, the volcanic island is identified as Volcanic Area (Japanese: かざんちたい Volcano Area).
