SMUSUM The user hits the target with a powerful electric current collected by its Z-Power. The power varies, depending on the original move.

Learnset

Any non-Mega Evolved, non-Primal Pokémon can use Gigavolt Havoc if it knows a damaging Electric-type move, holds an Electrium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-Ring.
