Gena (Japanese: モナーク Monarque) is a character of the day who appeared in A Battle by Any Other Name!. She is a world famous Poké Puff maker.
She acted as the chief juror of the Poké Puff Contest. She was called on stage to announce the results of the preliminary round of the competition. As she was explaining to the audience what Poké Puffs meant to her, she was approached by Bonnie, who proposed her to marry Clemont. After Clemont grabbed Bonnie and took her off stage, she announced that Serena, Miette, and the Berrybaker kids would proceed to the final round.
The next day, she announced the results of the final round. She first told the audience what kind of Poké Puff each of the finalists had made. She then announced the winners to be the Berrybaker kids.
