Gavin (Japanese: ガロン Gallon) is a Pokémon Trainer from Ganga Town on Muscle Island, who competed in the Double Battle rounds of the Ever Grande Conference.
In From Brags to Riches, Gavin was facing Morrison in the Tournament. Gavin sent out his Machamp and Marowak to face off against Morrison's Growlithe and Gligar. The battle appeared even at first, but then Gavin gained the upper hand.
Morrison refused to let that get him down, and soon used his Gligar's Guillotine to knock out Machamp. But soon after that, Marowak defeated Growlithe with Bone Club.
Once again, Morrison found himself at a disadvantage when Marowak froze one of Gligar's wings with Ice Beam. In a seemingly desperate move, he told Gligar to charge toward Marowak. Then, the FlyScorpion Pokémon used Iron Tail and defeated Marowak.
Because of his loss, Gavin was eliminated from the Ever Grande Conference.

| Gavin's Machamp's only appearance was in From Brags to Riches where it battled against Morrison and his Growlithe and Gligar in the double battle rounds of the Ever Grande Conference. Gligar went in for a Guillotine but was countered by Machamp's Karate Chop. Machamp went for a DynamicPunch, hitting Gligar badly. It then used Cross Chop hitting it even more. Gligar went for a Steel Wing knocking Machamp right over.
Later it went for a Vital Throw, but then Gligar went for another Guillotine. Gligar followed with multiple Steel Wings, while Machamp tried to use DynamicPunch. Gligar proved too fast however and finished Machamp off with a Guillotine. Machamp's known moves are Karate Chop, DynamicPunch, Cross Chop and Vital Throw. | ||

| Gavin's Marowak's only appearance was in From Brags to Riches where it battled against Morrison and his Growlithe and Gligar in the double battle rounds of the Ever Grande Conference. Growlithe started with a Take Down on Marowak hitting it directly, while Marowak went in for a Headbutt hitting Growlithe a few times. Growlithe then went in for a Flamethrower, but Marowak stopped it with a Bone Club.
Later it went for a Bonemerang which was super effective, and Growlithe tried another Flamethrower which did not work. Marowak tried another Headbutt, followed by Ice Beam which froze Growlithe's back legs. Then Marowak went for a Bone Club hitting Growlithe once more. After Machamp had been defeated it finished Growlithe off with a Bone Club. Then Marowak had to deal with Gligar. Marowak went for a Bonemerang on Gligar but it dodged it, and used Guillotine. Marowak countered with Headbutt however, and the collision created a huge explosion sending both Pokémon each ways. It then went for Ice Beam, freezing the FlyScorpion Pokémon's wings, followed by a Bonemerang, nearly finishing off Gligar. Gligar eventually flew right at Marowak and used Iron Tail, which finished it off, giving Morrison the win. Marowak's known moves are Bone Club, Bonemerang, Headbutt and Ice Beam. | ||
