Trivia

Origin

Dasutodasu is based on a garbage bag that is bursting with garbage. It may also have been inspired by garbage rats considering the ear-like appendages atop its head.

Name origin

Dasutodasu may be a transliteration of ダスト dasuto meaning dust and 出す dasu meaning to exert or produce. It also sounds like the English Idiom "Earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust" written in Japanese.
