Game systems are a type of item exclusive to Pokémon Gold, Silver and Crystal. They are used to decorate your Bedroom.
There are four kinds of game systems:
All of these are obtained using Mystery Gift. You can only have one game system in your room at a time, and it will always be in front of the TV. You can pick which game system is set up by accessing your room's PC.
