Surge]] during the [[original series]], a role that he reprised in the video game [[Pokémon Masters EX]]. Later, in ''[[Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire]]'', he had gained two more important roles, portraying [[Professor Birch]] and [[Brock's Ludicolo]]. In his personal life, Tachiki formed a band with fellow voice actor [[Toshiyuki Morikawa]], called "2HEARTS".

Fumihiko Tachiki (Japanese: 立木文彦 Tachiki Fumihiko) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.

Biography

Tachiki was born on April 29, 1961 in Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan, and became a voice actor as an adult. His first role in the Pokémon anime was that of Lt.
