- Prior to version 7.0.14, this figure was unable to be purchased in the Material Exchange.
Origin
This figure depicts the Frost Rotom form of Rotom. Discharge and Blizzard are moves in the Pokémon games that Frost Rotom can learn, the latter upon changing into this form. Gigavolt Havoc and Subzero Slammer are Z-Moves in the games that Frost Rotom can use by equipping Electrium Z and Icium Z, respectively.
