Friend Guard (Japanese: フレンドガード Friend Guard) is an Ability introduced in Generation V. Five Pokémon have this Ability, all Normal-type and none are fully evolved. This Ability is exclusively obtained through the Dream World.

Effect

In battle

Friend Guard reduces the damage done to an ally by 25% in double and triple battles.

Outside of battle

Friend Guard has no effect outside of battle.
