This card was released in the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion with artwork by Masakazu Fukuda, first originating from the Japanese HeartGold Collection. It was later reprinted in the Raichu Half Deck of the HS Trainer Kit. It was reprinted again in the Call of Legends expansion with new artwork by the same artist.
