Fishious Rend (Japanese: エラがみ Gill Bite) is a damage-dealing Water-type move introduced in Generation VIII. It is the signature move of the Fossilized Fish Pokémon.

Effect

Fishious Rend deals damage. If the user attacks before the target, or if the target switches in during the turn that Fishious Rend is used, its base power doubles to 170. Strong Jaw further increases power by 50%.
