Cipher Peon Exinn, also known by her alias as the Mayor's secretary, is a character in Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.
In Pokémon Colosseum
In Pokémon Colosseum, Exinn's role is minor. She can be found on the first floor of Mayor Es Cade's house in Phenac City. She is unnamed in this game. She calls Wes and Rui lovebirds.
