Cipher Peon Exinn, also known by her alias as the Mayor's secretary, is a character in Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.

In Pokémon Colosseum

In Pokémon Colosseum, Exinn's role is minor. She can be found on the first floor of Mayor Es Cade's house in Phenac City. She is unnamed in this game.

Much like her 'employer', Mayor Es Cade, Exinn didn't seem to actually being doing anything to help in regards to the crisis in Orre.

In Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness

In Pokémon XD, Exin is once again found in the Mayor's house, not allowing Michael to explore the house. She is distracted by playing the Music Disc containing the Rumba of Love on the stereo in the room. When Michael finds the Mayor's Note lying on the floor next to the Mayor's bed;he is suddenly interrupted by the 'secretary,' who reveals herself to be a Cipher Peon. Once beaten, she flees the house and is not seen again.
