** In Black and White, since neither Clefairy nor Skitty is native in Unova, they are both replaced by the Poké Toy, which resembles the tail of a Minccino (a Pokémon native to Unova). In these games, the Poké Doll and Fluffy Tail can only be obtained in Black City. In Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, they can be obtained via other means, as Clefairy and Skitty are native to Unova in these games.
** Similarly, both are replaced in the Unova region by the Poké Toy, which resembles the tail of Minccino. Furthermore, the Japanese name does not mention its name as opposed to the previous two escape items. However, as before, the previous two items are still available in Unova, but not as easily obtainable (they are much more expensive and only obtainable in Black City, which is exclusive to Pokémon Black).
