Release information
This card was included in the Gym Challenge expansion with artwork by Ken Sugimori, first released in the Japanese Leaders' Stadium expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted as a promotional card with new artwork by the same artist, distributed alongside Lt. Surge's Jolteon, Misty's Tentacool, and Brock's Mankey in the December 1998 issue of CoroCoro Comic.
