Eliza (Japanese: アリサ Arisa) is the character of the day in I Feel Skitty!.
After coming across a sick Skitty, Ash and his friends decided to take it to The Greenhouse, a Pokémon aromatherapy laboratory led by Eliza. In reality, Brock had pitched out the idea in order to meet her. Eliza didn't believe that Skitty was sick, just that it was tired. So she decided to make a special healing fragrance. The fragrance helped Skitty get its energy back.
A little while later, Team Rocket broke into The Greenhouse and stole many of her fragrances, as well as accidentally swiping Skitty. After they found Team Rocket's crashed balloon, Eliza called on her Oddish to use Sweet Scent to try to lure Skitty out. She didn't find Skitty but both Meowth and Wobbuffet got lured out instead. Skitty eventually showed up and decided to go with May.
