Elijah (Japanese: タカヤ Takaya) is a character of the day who appeared in Lights, Camerupt, Action!.
Ash and his friends first met Elijah shortly after they left Fortree City. They helped him cross a river with his Camerupt. After helping him, they learned that Elijah traveled to small towns all over Hoenn, bringing different movies to them. In one small town, he met a little girl named Mariah, who always awaited Elijah's return with the movies.
At one point, Team Rocket tried to steal the movie he was about to show. Fortunately, the film unraveled and all Ash and the others had to do was follow it. After being sent off, Elijah was able to reach the town safely and show the movie to all the children.
