Translation edits

In the VIZ Media translation, when the manga was published in monthly issues, Clefairy Tale was published as chapter two and Play Misty For Me was published as chapter three. This creates a continuity error, as Ash uses his Butterfree in Clefairy Tale, which supposedly hasn't evolved yet as it evolves in Play Misty For Me. The reason for this is because of controversy from the first issue/chapter being released relatively uncut. Because of this, the second chapter was pushed back to the third issue so that more editing could be done. The chapters were restored to their original order for the collected volume release.
